Merriday School offers a 9-week summer program for all children ages 3-10. Our program includes morning swim lessons, afternoon free swim, and morning and afternoon snacks. Children bring their own lunch. We employ two (2) lifeguard and water safety instructor certified individuals for our outdoor, in-ground pool. Children enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, themed celebrations, special lunches and snacks, summer birthday celebrations, and more.

Our 9-week summer program begins Monday, June 28 and runs through Friday, August 27, 2010. Our outdoor, in-ground pool is open 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, daily (weather permitting).

We understand summer can be a busy time with family vacations, etc., so we also offer some flexibility in our summer program. Parents may choose one week during the summer where you child will not attend Merriday School, and for that week only, there will be no obligation to pay. In order to give current families first preference and to schedule adequate staff coverage for our students, it is important that you complete and return this sheet no later than May 1, 2010. After that date, we will accept applications for the summer school program from families that do not attend during the academic year. Applications will only be accepted until the program is at full capacity.

Please select each week that your child will attend Merriday School’s summer program. Due to advance scheduling, you may not switch the week(s) that your child will attend, but you may add an additional week, should your plans change. Above all, please communicate any changes to us so that we are prepared to care for your child.
