| Payment Policies | ||
| Weekly payments are due by the end of the day on Monday. If payment is not received by Tuesday morning, a $20 late fee will be added to your bill. | ||
| Parents and guardians are responsible for payment every week as long as the child is enrolled in Merriday School. There are no exceptions for absence due to illness, vacation, school holidays, school closing due to weather, etc. If Merriday School is open, we expect all students to attend and pay. | ||
| Merriday School prefers checks over cash because cash is difficult to track. If you pay with cash, please have a teacher write out a receipt for you when they take the money. Anyone who has a check returned for any reason will have to pay a $30.00 fee as well as the fee charged to his/her own bank. Two returned checks will result in Merriday only accepting cash or money order for the remainder of the school year. | ||
| If a child is being withdrawn from Merriday School for any reason, a two-week prior written notice is required. Until such notice is received, weekly payments are due as usual. | ||
