Merriday School features academic based curriculums that incorporate guided activities with learning centers to introduce themes and concepts to our students. We provide guidance through the early stages of self and social awareness. Imagination and creativity are encouraged through the use of puzzles, books, manipulatives, playtime, music, dance, singing, games and stories.

Merriday’s programs are suited to the needs of children progressing toward independence and self-recognition. All programs encourage children in each group to proceed at their own pace without pressure, assuming responsibility for the work as they master it. Merriday encourages each child to develop socially, as an individual, responding to their personal needs, while adapting to the challenges of learning skills.
